Entry Gate Automobile Barcode Stickers
Arbor Greene residents can get front entry gate barcode stickers placed on their automobile at the Community Center. Residents cannot place the stickers on the car themselves and it must not be raining at time of application. Barcodes on a "Card" are not permitted. A $5 fee, proof of residence and vehicle registration is required. Barcodes are not issued for motorcycles. Drivers of motorcycles may bypass the resident gate arm, but only after stopping to provide entry information to the Security Guards. Barcode stickers are applied at the Community Center during open hours.
Call the Admin Office for more information regarding Entry Gate Procedures.
- Front Gate Resident Complaints: If you are making notice of the front gate guards failing to carry out the duties as prescribed by their contract, please send along the exact date and time of the infraction. The exact date and time is very important and needed to follow-up and make corrections.
- Guests Visiting Residents: Guests arriving between
10PM and 6AM must be pre-approved for access or guest must be able to
provide telephone number of resident so that attendant may call and
obtain access approval. If guest cannot provide a number or if there is
no response to the phone call, access is discouraged. If you would like for
them to gain access to the community during those hours without
having to receive a call from the guards, please list their
first and last names, plus their expected arrival date and time
in the "Guest List" section on the
CDD Service Request Form. The CDD will accept lists until
3:30PM each day, and the lists will be sent daily to the
security guards.
- Secondary Village Gate Procedures: Check out the "Documents"
section.
